1. Agreement

By accessing and using Pufucahod's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Pufucahod provides legal advisory and law services in Malaysia. Our services are subject to applicable Malaysian law and professional legal standards.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for legal matters
• Pay agreed fees on time
• Maintain confidentiality of attorney-client communications
• Promptly respond to legal requirements and deadlines

4. Limitation of Liability

Pufucahod provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or inability to use our services, except where prohibited by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, documents, and materials provided by Pufucahod remain our intellectual property. Clients may use materials solely for the legal matter for which they were provided.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with Malaysian legal professional privilege and GDPR requirements where applicable. Information may be disclosed only with client consent or as required by law.

7. Fees & Payment

Fees are quoted in advance. Payment terms will be specified in engagement letters. Overdue accounts may accrue interest or result in service suspension.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for outstanding fees and costs incurred.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
